Frequently Asked Questions
Do you give quotes over the phone?

While we can give an estimate over the phone of the costs involved, it generally is better for us to see your lawn in person and give you a final cost of the services required. If we have access to see the front & back of your property you don't need to be home, and all quotes are FREE.

Do i need to be home for you to do my lawn?

Not at all. If we have full access to service the front and (or)back of your property you don't need to be home.

How do i pay you?

Payments can be made through your bank to us using EFT(direct debit)..or if your prefer via cash. Our banking details are disclosed on the invoice upon completion.

Do you take the grass/waste with you?

Yes we can, but it is preferable for us to use your green grass bin if empty to reduce added costs to you.
Can i request a specific time for you to come?
Yes you can. However, during the busier times it can be more difficult for us to service your property on the exact time and/or specific day. More than 48 hours notice is preferable.

If it rains can you still mow my lawn?

We will not service your lawn if its periodically raining or has had a substantial amount of rain prior to us coming. Mowing wet grass is not good for the overall health and appearance of your lawn, and can also pose a safety risk to both equipment and operator.

How often should i have my lawn serviced?

How often you should have your lawn mowed generally depends on your location (sun or shade), type of grass and other weather variables. In the warmer months in Australia (sept-april), it's recommended to have your lawn mowed every 2-3 weeks (every 10 days is perfect) to maintain and have an ideal manicured lawn. From may-august (the cooler months) your lawn enters dormancy mode and only requires servicing every 4-6 weeks.
